To report fraud, lost or stolen on your VISA credit card the number is still (866) 499-3042, to report fraud, lost or stolen on your ATM debit card the number is (562) 498-1250 Opt 6, or (800) 262-2024 after credit union hours.

We are aware of a current fraudulent activity known as “phishing” in which an unknown fraudster is sending an email with information that falsely indicates that it is from our organization:
This email advises the recipient to open an attachment that contains “zero day” malicious software (malware). The malware may request or capture the user’s passwords or personal financial information, and may disrupt or damage the user’s systems.
If you receive such an email delete it immediately. Never open it, never click on its links, never open attachments, and never reply or forward it. Please note that a valid secure message will never contain a .zip file, or any other compressed file.
