I have always received excellent service from the VADPFCU. Over the years, staff there have helped me get my credit back on track and offered me many different services. I will be retiring within the next 2 years and plan on keeping the VADPFCU as my primary financial institution of choice.

I have been using the VADPFCU for 30 years.. All they have done is improve on everything. Their tellers and their loan officers are awesome, friendly and always available. They return calls promptly and always have answers. I have recommended them to all my family members; my parents are members and now, so are all my children. I never, ever felt that I could get my financial needs met anywhere else, better than where I am now and have been.

I use to get turned down a lot for loans which I wanted to do just with my income but I guess my income was not enough but after continuous trying I called and stated to one of the representatives my needs and I was offered a loan with a good percentage rate. I was so happy and grateful! After that I felt much respect for my credit union and that they were listening to what I was going thru and heard my need. Now I know that if I can be helped my credit union is here for me!

Everything works perfectly to me as a VA Long Beach Employee and location is very convenient and accessible. Employees are friendly and very knowledgeable to accommodate any issues or any banking questions. I'm 100% happy customer here :)

I enjoy being a member and the staff is extremely helpful!!! Although, it is difficult at times to get someone on the phone but when you can they have always gone above and beyond for me.

Since joining your credit union I have been very happy with your service and remain so. I intend to continue using your service even into retirement.
