Share account constitutes your membership with VA Desert Pacific FCU.  Membership is a requirement for eligibility for other credit union's services. 

Regular Share
Our basic savings account
Features
  • Tiered dividend rates based on account balance. Dividends pay monthly
  • Minimum $60.00 to open the account or let payroll deductions take care of it
  • Quarterly E-Statements, unless you have ACH or ATM activity associated with this account
  • ATM card to make deposit and/or to withdraw your funds*
  • Your funds are insured by NCUA up to $250,000

Bonus Saver Share
This account is similar to the Regular Share except it pays higher dividends based on account balances
Features

  • Earns a higher dividend when the balance is greater than $10,000
  • Minimum $60.00 to open the account or let payroll deductions take care of it

Family Member Share
A Regular Share account designed for your immediate family (spouse, parents, grandparents, children, or grandchildren)

Kid's Club
A special savings plan for youth under the age of eighteen.  Let us be a part of helping your child’s finances grow!

  • Minimum $10 to open the account or let your payroll deductions take care of it
  • Dividends pay monthly
  • Quarterly paper statements
  • Kids's Only Newsletter full of fun ideas to encourage them to save money

Christmas Club
Save up for your holiday expenses with our Christmas Club Account. A special savings account designed for accumulation of funds for holiday or winter tax needs. Any member who has $50 in a regular savings account may participate in this program
Features
  • Minimum $10 to open account
  • No monthly or annual service fee
  • Earns a higher dividend than a regular share and pays at maturity
  • Deposits may be made by payroll deduction or automatic transfer (Additional deposits may be made at any time)
  • At maturity, funds may be deposited to your checking or saving account on November 1
  • Protects your funds from early withdrawal by keeping them separate from your regular savings.
  • Open enrollment is from November 1 to January 31 of each year

Vacation Club Account
Save up for your vacation with our Vacation Club Account.  A special savings account designed for accumulation of funds for vacation needs. Any member who has $50 in a regular savings account may participate in this program
Features
  • Minimum $10 to open account
  • No monthly or annual service fee
  • Earns a higher dividend than a regular share and pays at maturity
  • Deposits may be made by payroll deduction or automatic transfer (Additional deposits may be made at any time)
  • At maturity, funds may be deposited to your checking or saving account on June 1
  • Protects your funds from early withdrawal by keeping them separate from your regular savings
  • Open enrollment is from June 1 to August 31 of each year

* Regular Share, Bonus Saver Share, Family Member Share, and Kid's Club accounts are governed by Regulation D, limiting the number of withdrawals and deposits to your savings account each month
