As part of our efforts to improve service, we are changing computer systems in late October. Starting in July, your staff will begin a comprehensive training program on the new system. Unfortunately, this will impact member service. Please be patient. When you call, and don't get a live person, PLEASE leave a message; we WILL call you, even it's late.
