To Our Loyal Members,

After considerable research and discussion, the VA Desert Pacific FCU’s Board of Directors recently decided to close our North Hills branch as of October 31, 2012. The North Hills branch has a terrific staff and a loyal following; however, the branch does not have the volume of business to cover its costs.

We are grateful to the people who put their trust in us and are sympathetic to those in North Hills who are disappointed. We hope you will continue to trust that we are making the best decisions for the overall benefit of the membership. We wish to thank our members who have shown their unwavering support and will continue to offer them the highest quality in financial services and education. All automated, electronic, and online services will still be available to you, and if you need assistance from a member service representative, you can reach them in GLA or Long Beach.

We ask for everyone’s continued support as we venture into the coming months and we expect that the future will turn out to be productive and fulfilling for all. We remain committed in bringing you enhanced, up-to-date products and services. If you have any questions or concerns, you may contact us at 562-400-6946, or by email at branch@vadpfcu.org.

Sincerely,
Charles Feistman
Chairman of the Board
